The St John Benevolent Fund is raising money for Ukrainian refugees and the Orthodox School of Bethany

On Saturday, 1 October, 2022, a virtual conference will be held from 11 am - 1 pm PDT hosted by the St John Benevolent Fund, named after the Miracle-worker of Shanghai and San Francisco. The goal of the event will be to raise money for the Peace to You Foundation headed by the Primate of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church and for the Orthodox School of Bethany in Jerusalem. Presenting at the conference will be His Grace Bishop James of Sonora, Vicar of the Western American Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russi; Archpriest Serhii Ekshiyan of the Synodal Department of Social Services of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, and Nun Maria (Wall), Director of the school.
