On behalf of the episcopate, clergy, monastics and the fulness of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia I send my heartfelt greetings to Your Beatitude on the tenth anniversary of your ascension to the cathedra of the Metropolitan of Kiev and prayerfully offer my wishes for many years of firm health and the fruitful activities in your great, responsible and difficult work, which is also brilliant and honorable labors in ministering to the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, which is enduring hard times of persecution and tribulation!

From my very soul I wish you special mercies and blessings of God in your Primatial service to the glory and strengthening of Holy Orthodoxy, and with a kind heart I express the hope that today’s celebrations will serve as a step towards renewing love, peace, friendship and concord among people, and especially among Orthodox nations, for which we fervently pray, participating mentally in today’s celebrations.
