A Moleben Service for the Beginning of the School Year Will Be Performed at the Synodal Cathedral in New York

On Sunday, September 7, 2014 , a moleben service for the beginning of the school year will be performed after Divine Liturgy at St Sergius Chapel of the Synodal Cathedral of Our Lady �of the Sign� in New York. The service will be held before the Kursk-Root Icon of the Mother of God, the Protectress of the Russian diaspora. Protopriest Andrei Sommer, the Senior Priest of the Cathedral, will perform the service; Fr Andrei is the Vice President of the Synodal Youth Department.

Fr Andrei will then answer questions from parents and students.
